Apples Galore

I'm not sure how it's come round quite so quickly, but it's definitely that time of year again. We've all been picking as many apples as possible but they seem to multiply faster than you can say crumble. Last week at Heritage Open Days we pressed a huge amount, most of which was drunk pretty sharpish....and some of it was very sharp! We've also just had a great weekend with the Grafters & Growers team who along with much expertise and enthusiasm led a day course in pruning. Happy apple trees!
